LAS VEGAS

It's the most populous city un the U.S. state of Nevada. It’s called “sin city” for being a very permissive state with gambling, prostitution, and easy divorce. So, if you want to have a relaxed holidays this is NOT your site: because there, as you can see in Films and series, the major attractions are Casinos and parties. Many copules choose Las Vegas to get married because they find it a fun and especially form to take the big decision of his life, besides there are endless possiblities to marry: emulating Star Wars, Elvis-style ceremony,…
Although gambling is the most famous thing of Las Vegas, there are more activities to do, that become Las Vegas the most tourist city of America, like shows. The traditional shows contains common humor and risque matters, but if you want to see these shows you must stay up late because it start really late.
And remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Las Vegas!

    Hello! How are you? I haven't got any news since the last e-mail. You didn't call me, did you? Well, I'm writing to tell you about a school partner that I'd like you to meet.
    His name is David, and he came to my school this year, because he was studying in Valldemossa school. He's from Argentina, but he comes here in 2003. He's shy, but when you meet him is a really nice person.
    I think the two of you will get on very well  because you both have compatible characters and you also share the same interests, like playing football and going to the cinema. You will be really good friends, and maybe something more.. Who knows?

My name is Lucía González and I'm 16 years old. I was born in Montevideo (Uruguai), but when I was 11 I came here, to Spain, with my brother and my mother, because my father was already here.
I live with my parents and my brother in a flat in "Nou Barris". My parents both work and my brother studies and works at the same time.
Last year I finished 4th of ESO, and I decided to study Scientific high school because I want to be a doctor. (and study medicine..) I've just started classes but, I like it for now.
This summer I was studying English in EOI (the entire month of July) I like English, but I studied it because I think that is really useful to achieve a good job. In August I went to Mallorca with my family, because we have friends there.
My hobbies are play football (I'm playing in a team for 4 years), surfing in internet, meet with my friends and watch films and series. I never watch TV because I download series in internet (like lost, prision break,..) and I follow the beat of United States (with subtitles).
